Additional filters when publishing updates to work order dates
An enhancement has been made to publishing work order planned start and end dates, where additional filters have been added to allow you to be more selective with which work orders you would like to update. The new filtering options include customer, work order code, status, and due date. To use the additional filters, go to Publish > Update work order dates and select More filters. Availability information in the schedule export
An enhancement has been made to the schedule export, where the option to include information about unavailable shifts has been added. To include unavailable shifts in your schedule export, click Export then click the checkbox labeled "Include unavailable shifts".
If a date range has been specified and the checkbox has been selected, the export will contain information about all work blocks, downtime blocks, and unavailable shifts in the selected date range. If an end date has not been specified and the checkbox has been selected, the export will contain the same information up until the day of the last scheduled work block. (Available Feb 24, 2023)
Schedule export available for read-only users
The schedule export is now available for read-only users. (Available Feb 24, 2023)
Fixes
- A fix was released to resolve an issue when trying to apply flags to a work order from the work order side panel. (Available as of Feb 14, 2023)
