Answer
If you accidentally delete a line, this action does not delete work orders from Production Scheduling. Instead, deleting a line will unschedule work orders that have been scheduled on the deleted line, which includes work orders that have been scheduled in the past and present.
The unscheduled work orders can be found in the sidebar. To learn how to find and view unscheduled work orders in the sidebar, please read the HelpDesk article called “What information can I search using the search bar?”
Please be mindful that unscheduling work orders will change labor and scheduling data in your production schedule.
Below is an example to illustrate how labor and scheduling data changes when a line is deleted
You have scheduled three different work orders on June 22, 2021. In the image below, it looks like you will need to schedule a total of 11 people throughout the day (7 people throughout Shift 1 and 4 people throughout Shift 2) to meet production demands for all three work orders.

When Line 2, which is a line, is deleted from Production Scheduling, you will notice that the total number of people needed for the day has changed from 11 people to 4 people. Also, there is now a risk that you may not be able to meet production demands for the work orders that have been previously scheduled on Line 2.

Since there is no option to undo this action, you will receive a message that asks you to confirm your decision before you can delete a line.
If a line has been deleted by mistake, then you can set up another line in Production Scheduling. After setting up another line, you will need to reschedule the work orders that were previously unscheduled.
