Answer
By default, the list of work orders on the side will hide work orders that have started scheduling production. This is designed to reduce the amount of work orders that are visible, so that you can focus on scheduling production for outstanding work orders that have not made any planning progress yet. You can apply filters to the work orders list to show work orders that have scheduled time for production.
Applying filters to display work orders that have started scheduling production
To show work orders that have started scheduling production work, please complete the following steps:
- Select Edit filters at the top of the work orders list
- In the "Work order filters" panel, select the Show scheduled, completed, cancelled toggle
Result: You will notice that the work orders list will now display work orders that have started/completed scheduling production.
You may also notice that there are different statuses that are applied to scheduled work orders. To learn what the different work order statuses mean, please read the HelpDesk article called “What are the different scheduling statuses in Production Scheduling?”
