Answer
When work order data has been imported to Production Scheduling and displayed in the sidebar, it may be useful to hide work orders that have a "Cancelled" or "Closed" work order status. This is because Production Scheduling does not allow you to schedule work orders that have a "Cancelled" or "Closed" status.
To hide work orders that have a "Cancelled" or "Closed" status, please complete the following steps:
- Select Edit Filters at the top of the sidebar to open the Work Order Filters panel
- In the Status field, select the Open and Booked options
You will notice that all work orders in the sidebar will now have an "Open" or "Booked" status.
By applying filters to hide work orders that have a "Cancelled" or "Closed" status, this will pare down the list of work orders shown in the sidebar. Also, applying filters will enable you to focus your attention towards work orders that can be scheduled, specifically work orders that have an "Open" or "Booked" status.
To remove filters that have been selected in the Work Order Filters panel, click on the ‘X’ icon to the right of the filter name.
