Answer
When work order data and item data have been loaded to Production Scheduling, you will see most of this data organized in a work order card that is located in the list of work orders. Each work order card will display the following information:
- Work order data, which includes:
- Work Order Code
- Customer
- Due Date
- Custom Project Field (if applicable)
- Flag (if applicable)
- Item data, which includes:
- Item Description
- Item Code
- Scheduling data, which includes:
- The number of Units scheduled and expected to be scheduled (e.g. 50/200 eaches scheduled)
- The number of Units remaining to be scheduled (e.g. 150 eaches remaining)
- The total number of hours that have been scheduled (e.g. 2h 10 m)
- The total number of hours remaining to be scheduled (e.g. 6h 30m)
- The current number of Units produced and expected units to be produced (e.g. 0/200 eaches produced)
- Scheduling status, which are the six dots located at the top left corner of each card:
- Grey dots - you cannot schedule this Work Order
- Blue dots - you can schedule this Work Order
When you make any changes to the above information, the Production Scheduling application will also update work order cards to display the recent changes. For example, when you schedule production for work orders in Production Scheduling, the scheduling data shown on work order cards will automatically get updated.
